Hank Fishkind December 15 - Sun Rail's Impact

Last week, the state legislature met in special session to discuss commuter rail issues. They approved the construction of the Sun Rail line for the Orlando area and approved more funding for South Florida's Tri-Rail system. 90.7's economic analyst Hank Fishkind says he is pleased that the lawmakers took action on commuter rail but says he had hoped the legislature to do more to help revive our state's struggling economy. Fishkind also discusses the recent surge in existing home sales and the significance for Central Florida's economy.
