Hank Fishkind April 27th - Financial Regulation Bill and Its Impact in Central Florida April 27, 2010 - The U.S. Senate continues to debate a massive financial overhaul bill, and that's the topic of our weekly conversation with WMFE's economic analyst Hank Fishkind. He says much of the distress in Central Florida's economy and housing market was fueled by abusive lending practices, improper mortgage underwriting and other problems the proposed reforms are trying to correct. 90.7's Tom Parkinson asked Dr. Fishkind to explain what the Senate is discussing and how it could affect Central Florida.
