Hank Fishkind May 11 Signs Point to a Busy Summer Tourist Season. May 11, 2010 - The federal government released encouraging new nationwide job growth figures late last week. 90.7's Tom Parkinson spoke with economic analyst Hank Fishkind about what those figures might mean for Central Florida. Dr. Fishkind says positive job growth in the northern states where many of Florida's tourists live will translate into a better than average summer tourist season even though the unemployment rate is still very high.
