Feburary 01, 2011 Florida efforts to build rail transportation are hitting snags. Members of the state's congressional delegation are disagreeing about how to pay for a proposed highspeed rail line. Meanwhile Governor Rick Scott is slowing down paperwork on the sunrail commuter train.
