Intersection Segment | Pill Mills  April 27, 2011| Pain clinics and the regulations that control them are a hot topic in the Florida legislature this year. Lawmakers are close to implementing a prescription drug database and approving new rules on how many doses of certain drugs pharmacies can dispense. This week on Intersection 90.7s Mark Simpson spoke with a panel of experts about the situation.
