May 3, 2011 | WMFE - In Tallahassee, lawmakers are rushing to finish the annual state budget in time for the scheduled end of the session on Friday.

The latest proposal cuts nearly $4 billion dollars in spending, mostly from education and health care.
90.7’s Tom Parkinson asked economic analyst Hank Fishkind how these cuts will impact Central Florida starting with education.
