Rick Scott on an energy policy for Florida to present to next year's legislative session. Legislative leaders want to encourage the expansion of nuclear power, open the Gulf to more oil and gas exploration, increase funding for development of renewable energy sources and build a new pipeline to bring natural gas to the eastern part of the state. 90.7's Tom Parkinson asked economist Hank Fishkind how the plans are progressing.
