Final Presidential Debate Set for South Florida

Nov. 1, 2011 | WMFE - Lynn University in Boca Raton has been selected as one of the sites for a presidential candidate debate in October of 2012. The Commission on Presidential Debates announced the sites Monday.

Three debates are planned the final face off between President Obama and his Republican opponent is scheduled for October 22nd, just 2 weeks before the general election.
at the private, non-profit, South Florida school.
Other debates will take place Oct. 3rd at the University of Denver and Oct. 16th at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y.
The vice presidential debate is set for Oct. 11th at Centre College in Danville, Ky.
The commission has sponsored the official presidential and vice presidential debates since 1988.
