Occupy Orlando Plans Saturday March, Hopes Attendance Rises from First March

November 4, 2011 | WMFE - Late Saturday morning, Occupy Orlando protesters say they'll take to the streets of downtown for another public march. The event is timed to coincide with what's being called "Bank Transfer Day," a Facebook-based initiative urging consumers to protest rising bank fees by closing their accounts and shifting their money to credit unions. This is not Occupy Orlando's first march through downtown, though. 90.7's Nicole Creston looks back at October 15th's kick-off march that drew about 1,000 people and brought the Occupy movement to Orlando.
