November 10, 2011 | WMFE - When state lawmakers meet for their annual legislative session in January, one of the issues they'll likely be discussing is immigration reform.
Last week, State Senator Gary Siplin of Orlando said he would sponsor a bill that would allow the children of undocumented immigrants to pay lower in-state tuition rates at state universities and colleges. 90.7’s Tom Parkinson asked Democratic State Representative Darren Soto of Orlando if he thinks a similar bill will come up in the House and, if it does, what chance would it have of passage?
