Fishkind Commentaries: More Public/Private Partnerships Will Create Jobs Nov. 29, 2011 | WMFE - Recent figures show Florida's unemployment rate is still stuck at about 10 percent. This week, a panel including Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and former US Senator Mel Martinez will meet in Orlando to discuss possible solutions to the jobs crisis.
