This week on Intersection 90.7's Mark Simpson talked with Van Gundy about working with players like Shaquille O'Neal and Dwight Howard. Van Gundy was ousted from the Magic this spring in the turmoil over Howard's future. Howard eventually transferred to the L.A. Lakers. The former NBA coach says working with big personalities and big talents is different than working with other players.
