President Obama Cancels Orlando Appearance October 29, 2012 | WMFE - President barack Obama decided early this morning to head back to the White House as Hurricane Sandy bears down on the Northern Atlantic with New York City and Washington DC in its path. The president had secheduled a campaign rally at the University of Central Florida this morning.
The White House released a statement saying the president will return to Washington to monitor the preparations and the early ahead of the big storm. The rally at the University of Central Florida continued this morning with speeches by former President Bill Clinton US Senator Bill Nelson. |
