February 12, 2013 WMFE - This week an asteroid the size of half a city-block will fly closer to Earth than some orbiting satellites. Scientists say the asteroid poses no threat to the planet. Instead they want to study how asteroids might be mined for minerals that could offer clues to the beginning of life on Earth. 90.7's Matthew Peddie talks to Humberto Campins, Professor in planetary science and astronomy at the University of Central Florida's Physics Department about this asteroid and others like it. Also, Orlando poet Susan Lilley talks about writing the perfect love poem.
