March 19, 2013 WMFE - House Bill 867, the so-called Parent Trigger Bill, is making its way through the state legislature but not without controversy. The bill is said to give parents a chance to trigger change if the school receives a failing grade but some are saying it opens the door to the privatization of schools. 90.7's Matthew Peddie talks with Florida State Representative Joe Saunders, and Patricia Levesque, Executive Director of Foundation for Florida's Future about the bill.
