Orlando Weekly | Billy Manes Gov. Scott Blocks Paid Sick Time Vote  This week Billy Manes talks about the law Governor Rick Scott signed Friday that will preempt local governments from enacting sick time laws.
Companies that had lobbied for the law include Walt Disney and Darden Restaurants, Orlando based Organize Now had petitioned Scott to veto the bill.
