Orlando Weekly's Erin Sullivan talks about the so called Bong Bill that was supposed to make it illegal to sell bongs in Florida.

State Representative Darryl Rouson of Saint Petersburg sought to make it illegal for smoke shops, gas stations and other retail outlets to sell bongs.
