SpaceX Launches Communications Satellite From Cape Canaveral

January 6, 2014 | WMFE - SpaceX's latest launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station is a success.

The California-based company launched a Thaicom 6 satellite Monday just after 5pm aboard a Falcon 9 rocket.

It's SpaceX's second commercial launch.

The satellite will provide communications across Southeast Asia and Africa.
