January 15th, 2014 | WMFE - At the end of last year, 1.3 million Americans, including 73,000 Floridians, lost unemployment benefits when the Federal unemployment program failed to receive re-authorization from Congress. 90.7's Matthew Peddie spoke with political commentators Dick Batchelor and Lou Frey about the need for unemployment benefits and the process it will take to reauthorize them.
