March 4th, 2014 | WLRN- Governor Scott is giving his State of the State speech Tuesday morning in Tallahassee. The speech happens every year at the opening of the legislative session. But what if the people of Florida gave the speech instead? What would they say about how Florida is doing? From our sister station WLRN in Miami, here's a different kind of State of the State, as told to public radio stations across Florida.
