The 23rd annual Florida Film Festival begins tonight. It’s a celebration of films, food, and music, featuring 170 independent films over its 10 days. Maitland’s alternative cinema, the Enzian, serves as the festival’s nerve center, but the event has grown to include other venues like Regal Winter Park Village and Full Sail University as well as a handful of other local businesses.

The Enzian’s Valerie Cisneros gives 90.7’s Nicole Creston an overview of what the festival has in store this year.

More information is available at the Florida Film Festival website.
