Robert Corchado turned himself in to authorities yesterday after a statewide manhunt.

Police say Corchado crashed his SUV into a convertible, which then crashed into the Kindercare on Goldenrod Road Wednesday afternoon.

Four year old Lily Quintus died and 14 other people- most of them children- were injured.

Corchado was charged with leaving the scene of a deadly accident. Bail was set at $100,000 but at a hearing this morning, a prosector said he was a flight risk and should be held without bond.

Corchado will remain in jail until Monday when the judge will hear arguments about whether he can be released on bail.

Meanwhile donations are pouring in to a website set up to help pay for Lily Quintus' funeral.

By noon today the site had raised over $50,000.
