Board of Education ruling from the US Supreme Court, which declared the racial segregation of children in public schools unconstitutional. Orlando Sentinel columnist and editorial writer Darryl Owens tells 90.7's Matthew Peddie, 60 years on, there's a troubling trend in schools of 're-segregation'. First though, Owens talks about the latest development in the ongoing saga of Donald Sterling, the LA clippers owner banned from the NBA for life over racist remarks.
