Publisher of the Daily City, Mark Baratelli features quirky mix of shopping, art and celebrations: Boutique brands of Florida streetwear will be on display Saturday 2-7 at cafe Annie in downtown Orlando during The Black Mxrkt Streetware Tradeshow. Admission is free. This Saturday starting at 6, enjoy a Marie Antoinette autograph signing, guillotine photo op, croquet games, mini French-themed art show, open-air market, wine & cheese tasting, vendors and baguette fencing at the 6th Annual Bastille Day Celebration in the Audubon Park garden district. Admission is free. Saturday 6 in the evening until 4 in the morning, experience space-Fest, a fundraising event featuring the sincerely kooky and creative side of Orlando presenting workshops, puppet shows and live music. It's at "The Space," the art house just above the pizza shop near the corner of Mills and Colonial. The Beautify the City Project is a citizen-led initiative to make Orlando a more beautiful place. This Sunday at noon at Lake Eola Park they will inflate hundreds of balloons and ask people what they're thankful for. Also on Sunday at 12:30 in Lake Eola Park at East Central Blvd & Osceola Avenue, the "Happiness Sprinkling Project Orlando" will ask guests to wear yellow clothing and get ready to hold some signs for a random undefined pop up event. This Sunday Orlando's top vintage clothing source, other people's property, will put on a shopping event called "the happy hours" inside the Red Light Red Light bar featuring vintage shopping, desserts from The Pop Parlour, Jewelry by Su Laing, flowers by My Yard Farm, free mini hair services by Be Creative House.
