Orlando Weekly's Erin Sullivan talks about a Virginia man that was injured by an advertising balloon seven years ago at Walt Disney World's Wide World of Sports.

Seven years ago Owen Peterson from Virginia was at Walt Disney World’s Wide World of Sports for a paintball tournament. He was walking through a trade show before the tournament even started when an advertising balloon being flown on a windy day hit him in the head and knocked him down. He went to the hospital, which told him he was fine, but weeks later, he was diagnosed with a concussion.
