Mayor Buddy Dyer on Orlando's Creative Village As part of the massive project to build a new arena, performing arts center, and renovate the Citrus Bowl, the City of Orlando is also working on a "Creative Village" -- a high-tech project with the University of Central Florida that will sit on the 60 acres currently occupied by the TD Waterhouse Centre. 90.7'S David Pitman caught up Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer at City Hall to learn more about this latest effort to build the city's economy beyond its tourism base.
