World AIDS Day in Orange County The Orange County Health Department is focusing on the African American community during World AIDS Day. 1 out of every 90 black men in the County is infected with AIDS. Nelson Maldanado of Orlando has had AIDS since the mid to late 1980's. 90.7's Pat Duggins spoke with him on how the disease has impacted him and those around him.
