And the film series at the Southeast Museum of Photography in Daytona concludes this Wednesday night at 7 with the 2001 film ABC AFRICA by Abbas Kiarostami. Photography by the film director is also on display at the museum's new facility at Daytona Beach Community College.
Tomorrow the exhibit of bronze sculptures by MARTIN SPEI closes at Millenia Fine Art. The Annual Art Show by the Frostproof Art League also closes tomorrow in Polk County. And this is your last week to view the 7th Annual Florida Outdoor Sculpture Competition, which includes 20 new sculptures by artists from across the U.S., ends its year-long run on Lemon Street in Lakeland and in the Central Park area of Winter Haven. The King Center present the new Broadway musical RING OF FIRE tomorrow night at 8. This performance features 38 signature songs by Johnny Cash. And Thursday the Daytona Beach International Festival will present the Romeros, dubbed the "Royal Family of Guitar" performing a classical guitar concert at the News-Journal Center in Daytona Beach, starting at 7:30.

Tomorrow night at 7:30 the Daytona Beach College Theater Center hosts an evening of performance art, featuring student artist Scott Holcomb. Be aware that this event will include fog and strobe effects within the performance. And the Orlando Ballet brings Pirates of Penzance! to the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre. This is the only full length ballet version of Gilbert and Sullivan's "Pirates of Penzance" in the world, and will run this weekend only, opening Friday night.
The Surfside Players at Second Stage in Cocoa Beach present VAMPIRE LESBIANS OF SODOM, opening this Friday night. Tomorrow at 5 the Atlantic Center for the Arts hosts a workshop presentation of THE MAN IN THE BLACK SUIT, a new opera based on the short story by Stephen King. The Bay Street Players open the romantic comedy SHE LOVES ME tomorrow night at the renovated State Theater in downtown Eustis. THE COOK TRIO (In the Studio Theatre) will perform authentic Gypsy Jazz with acoustic and bass guitars in the Studio Theater at the King Center Friday and Saturday nights at 8:30. And The City of Daytona Beach Cultural Services Division will host the Band of the United States Air Force Reserve from Warner Robbins, GA. This 43-piece concert band will have two free performances on Friday at 7:30 and Saturday at 2 at the Peabody Auditorium.
The Jester Theater Company opens its run of the Musical of Musicals, the Musical!, starring the original Jester cast, at the Garden Theater. TREASURE ISLAND is opening at the Orlando Repertory Theater tonight. Show times are Fridays at 7, Saturdays at 2 and 7, and Sundays at 2. The Brevard Symphony performs a 100th Birthday Salute to Leroy Anderson on Saturday at 2:00 & 8:00 at the King Center. The program includes the seldom heard Piano Concerto with soloist Catherine Wilson The Center for Contemporary Dance presents COLOURS OF COURAGE: A CELEBRATION OF BLACK HISTORY IN AMERICA, an arts-education program that includes dance, cultural music, and historically accurate narratives, performed tomorrow night at 7 at the City of Tavares' African-American Heritage Festival.
The Johnny Holloway Theater presents Jay Pickens and his HEART AND SOUL SOLO CABARET. All performances are on Saturdays at 8. The LITTLE THEATRE OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH hosts its version of a variety show called The Kong Show. This production will feature over 40 different local acts, competing on two nights- tonight at 7 and Sunday at 2. And tomorrow Lori Lynne opens her exhibit Artistic Blooms at the historic Bok Sanctuary.
