Orlando Piano Competition April 7, 2008 - Central Florida is preparing to enter the highstakes world of music contests. The Orlando International Piano Competition will be held this September. Organizers are putting safeguards in place that they hope wil prevent the political pitfalls that have plagued many of the other competitions around the world. Supporters of the event got together last night for a fundraising concert by a top student from the Juilliard school of music, and 90.7's Becky Morgan was there.
