Budget cuts force county to retool emergency response June 10, 2008 -- Disaster relief often makes headlines in the state of Florida, especially after hurricanes. This year budget cuts and government layoffs are also making headlines, including layoffs for some who provide disaster relief. As 90.7's Steve Brown reports, economic tightening in Seminole county has forced all county employees into emergency response rolls.
