NASA's option to build commercial launch pads while protecting the environment may carry new problems

August 7, 2008-- 90.7's Pat Duggins reports on the complications that may arise if NASA chooses to build a commercial launch facility on land owned by the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Unused launch pads at the Cape are among the possible sites, including two at the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge.
