Decision 2008: Should Florida Keep Electing Judges?

August 22, 2008 -- With Florida's primary election coming up next week, you've probably heard a lot about your local Congressional races ... and maybe a little less about your state and local races ... but you've probably heard next to nothing about the judicial elections on your local ballot. Florida is one of more than thirty states that elect at least some of their judges, but some people think it's time to change that, as 90.7's Judith Smelser reports.
