Decision 2008: Amendment Four

October 17, 2008 -- 90.7 and Florida Public Radio's series on Florida's proposed constitutional amendments continues with a look at Amendment Four, which would provide a property tax break for conservation lands. 90.7's Pat Duggins also talks to Osceola's County Manager about why he thinks the measure could be bad news for local government revenue.
