Decision 2008: Congressman Tom Feeney Looses House Seat November 5, 2008 -- Former Democratic State Representative Suzanne Kosmas defeated Republican Congressman Tom Feeney for the District 24 seat last night by a sixteen-point margin. 90.7's Pat Duggins was at Kosmas's victory party in New Smyrna Beach, and 90.7's Mark Simpson was with Feeney at the local Republican Party event in downtown Orlando.
