Hank Fishkind Feb. 3 -- Was Time Magazine Right About Florida? February 3, 2009 90.7's David Pitman and economist Dr. Hank Fishkind revisit last summer's Time Magazine cover story on Florida. In July, Fishkind disputed some of the claims the article made of Florida's waning competitive position among other states. But, over the last few months, more hard data has come out to support the article's position.
