Hank Fishkind June 30 -- Revisiting Hometown Democracy June 30, 2009 -- 90.7's David Pitman and economist Hank Fishkind discuss the Hometown Democracy movement, which recently had enough petition signatures certified to make it onto the 2010 ballot. The proposed constiutional amendment would require voters approve changes to comprehensive growth plans. Fishkind explains why he thinks it's a bad solution to a problem that doesn't exist.
